Toronto Conference

We invite you to attend the CRAIS International Conference on Education, Humanities, and Social Sciences (EduHumSS2020) organized by the Canadian Research Academy for Interdisciplinary Studies,  which will be held at University of Toronto, Toronto, CANADA,  on August 11-13, 2020. 

The Canadian Research Academy for Interdisciplinary Studies (RAIS) creates an ample research platform for academics and researchers from all around the world and offers them the opportunity to create lasting relations for future collaborations. CRAIS encourages academics and researchers to share their experiences and to contribute to the developing of diverse subjects, offering them the perspective of an interdisciplinary approach.

All accepted papers will be published in the CRAIS Academic Conference Proceedings with  and will be indexed in CrossRef, Google Scholar, SSRN, IDEAS/RePEc, and will be provided with DOI.

TYPES OF PRESENTATIONS AND PARTICIPATION

ORAL PRESENTATION (Attending in person)
Each presentation, made by one or more speakers, must be prepared in English and should be no longer than 15/20 minutes, afterward, we will have around five minutes for questions and answers. Please bring your PowerPoint presentation on a USB flash disk.

VIRTUAL PRESENTATION (Not-attending authors)
CRAIS allows the authors of accepted papers the same publication opportunities as regular presenters. If you are unable to attend the conference, CRAIS offers you three virtual presentation options: Recorded Video Presentation, PowerPoint Presentation with voice-over, or Live Via Skype.

POSTER PRESENTATION (Attending in person)
Poster sessions will provide an opportunity for researchers to display the results and conclusions of their papers in the form of a visual poster presentation. All posters will be displayed for the duration of the conference.

PAPER ONLY (Not-attending authors)
If you are unable to attend the conference but you want your paper to be published in one of our publication, you can choose the “Paper only” option when you submit your paper or register.

ATTENDING ONLY – You are also invited to attend the conference, even if you choose not to present a paper. Remember to select “attending only” when registering for the conference.

REGISTRATION FEES

Fees for our University of Toronto International Academic Conference are as follows:

  • Early Payment: $475.00 (US$) per individual before April 1, 2020.
  • Regular Payment: $550.00 (US$) per individual between May 1, 2020 and July 1, 2020
  • Late Payment: $675(US$) per individual after July 1, 2020 
  • Paper Only (Without attending) or Additional Paper: $200.00 (US$) if not attending the conference (Publication Only).
  • Student Fee: $350 (US$) per individual (Until August 04, 2020)
  • Attending Only: $350 (US$) per individual (Until August 04, 2020)

INVITATION LETTER AND VISA

The invitation letter will be sent to the author only after the Registration Fee has been paid. The invitation letter will be sent via email. If the author needs a printed invitation letter sent through mail then the author needs to pay the expenses required (e.g Postal and Notary expenses). We cannot assure you that the Canada/USA Embassy will approve your visa request and we cannot contact with any Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf nor get involved with visa process unless anything is requested by the Embassy or Consulate for the confirmation only. CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations on the basis of visa refusal, please contact Conference Administration at staff@crais.org Registration Fees canceled 30 days before the Conference will be refunded, less a $100 administrative fee.
No refunds will be given for cancellations after July 1, 2020.
